How to Remove Babylon Search Engine from Firefox

         If Babylon Search accidentally installed on your computer, then  it will be attached to all existing browsers. It also changes Firefox preferences such as your home page and search engine. 

 


 These changes are done in a way that can be difficult to detect and reverse. If you use Firefox browser follow these steps to delete the Babylon search engine add on's from your browser completely.




Steps to remove or delete Babylon Search:
 
  • Click Start >> Control Panel >> Programs and Features Babylon search program and then click the Uninstall button.
  • Open the Firefox browser Click Firefox panel >> Add-ons .
 
 

  • On this page select the Add-ons Manager Extensions Extension Babylon search and click the Remove button



  • Now Babylon Toolbar will be completely removed from Firefox.

Set homepage in Firefox:
  • Click on Firefox >> Options >> Options


  • Type the URL on Home Page  which you want to set as homepage. (Ex:http://www.google.co.in/ )

You can Remove all add on's by simply Reset Firefox setting to default.

  •  Now Restart your browser .It will open with your new homepage.
